Easy Med Packs- Compliance Packaging

Since most medications hospitalization are a result of missed doses or overdoses our EASY MED  PACKS eliminate the confusion.

This service is ideal for patients that have many medications with various dosing schedules, for family members taking care of loved ones or kids taking medication to camp.

Medication Review- Med Check Medication Review Program

If you are currently taking a minimum of three chronic prescription medications you are now entitled to receive a medication review free-of-charge from a community pharmacist once a year.  A $50 value at no cost to you--just show your Ontario Health Card.

This service will help you to get the most from your medications and allow you to discuss any concerns you may have. It will only take 20-30 minutes of your time.

An appointment can be scheduled for a time that is convenient for you.  You may access this service at any community pharmacy regardless of where you have your prescriptions filled.

Transferring Your Prescription

From where you are now to Glen Cade Pharmacy is easy. Just come  in or call us and we will take care of everything. We recommend customers keep all medications in a single pharmacy.
